※While we pay close attention to item quality, please understand that vintage items may show some signs of use, minor wrinkles, or fraying due to their age. When purchasing, please acknowledge this point. Items with minor imperfections that do not affect usability are not eligible for order cancellation, return, or exchange.
※Due to the nature of vintage items, a unique scent from storage or age may be noticeable. Unless it's an abnormal condition such as a strong perfume or cigarette smell, these are not grounds for return or exchange.
※Please note that the actual color of the product may differ slightly from the images due to your computer or smartphone model and monitor settings. We do not consider discrepancies in image color to be our fault.
※After your item arrives, please open the package and inspect the item as soon as possible.

Many of the vintage items we offer are crafted from high-quality natural leather.
To fully appreciate the unique character and beautiful aging (patina) of leather, a little care and attention in daily handling and maintenance are essential.

Please be especially careful with certain high-end brand bags, such as CHANEL, as some may not have color-fastening treatments applied.

1.Remove surface dust with a leather brush or cloth.
Gently wipe the surface with a soft brush or cloth before dirt sets in.
Paying attention to seams and fine details will help your item last longer.
2.Apply a small amount of maintenance cream to a cloth or sponge.
Use cream sparingly, adjusting the amount to the size of the leather item.
Applying too much can cause stains.
A good guideline for the right amount is when it feels "slightly moist to the touch with a dry hand."
3.Spread the cream thinly and evenly over the entire leather surface.
For zippers and metal fittings, applying a small amount of maintenance oil can help prevent rust.
4.Wipe with a dry cloth.
Once the cream has absorbed into the leather, gently buff it with a clean, dry cloth.
5.Store in a well-ventilated area.
After maintenance, store your item away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity, preferably wrapped in its dedicated dust bag or a cloth.
For bags, it's recommended to store them in their original dust bag.
■ Storage Methods
・Store your leather items away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, high humidity, and strong lighting.
・Leather products can fade or discolor due to exposure to sunlight or strong artificial light. Please avoid leaving them near windows, on store displays, or inside vehicles.
・Even if you're not using an item for a long period, such as during the off-season, regularly airing it out helps prevent mold.

[Watches]
All watches handled at our store are vintage items.
Each piece has a unique condition, so please carefully review the condition description and photos on the item page and only purchase if you understand and accept these details.
■ Handling Precautions
Watches are very delicate precision instruments.
Strong impacts, water exposure, high temperatures/humidity, and magnetic fields can cause malfunctions or a decrease in accuracy.
Please handle your watch gently and carefully during daily use.
■ Mechanical Watches (Automatic & Manual Winding)
A watch may stop due to insufficient winding or prolonged disuse.
Before using, manually wind the crown. Once the second hand starts moving, set the time and then use the watch.
[Manual Winding Watches]
If possible, winding the watch at the same time each day can help stabilize its accuracy.
Slowly wind the crown until it stops (when it can't be wound any further), then turn it in the opposite direction about three times before setting the time.
※Some models do not have a winding stop.
[Automatic Winding Watches]
Even with automatic watches, if they have completely stopped, first slowly turn the crown to wind the mainspring. Once the second hand starts moving, you can set the time and use the watch.
After that, the watch will automatically wind itself through the motion of your arm while wearing it. However, if wearing time is short or physical activity is low, winding may be insufficient, leading to unstable accuracy.
For stable operation, we recommend manually winding the watch 10 to 20 times before use.
The power reserve (operating time) varies by model and age, but on average, a fully wound watch can operate for approximately 40 to 50 hours.
■ Quartz Watches (Battery-Powered)
Quartz watches may stop working when the battery dies, but they can typically be used normally after a battery replacement.
For international shipments, batteries may be removed due to air transport safety regulations. After receiving your watch, please have a new battery installed at a local watch shop.
While we confirm operation before shipping, we cannot provide information on the remaining battery life.
■ Warranty
【Customers Residing in Japan】
We offer a one-year warranty against natural defects from the date of purchase. For details, please refer to the watch warranty card included with your item or our guide on watch warranties.
If a malfunction occurs, please contact us first. We will arrange for repairs at our affiliated repair workshop as needed.
Since all items handled by our store are vintage items, they may be too old for manufacturer repairs. Especially for vintage models over 50 years old, parts supply has often ended, and manufacturers generally cannot accept them for repair.
Therefore, we will handle such repairs through our affiliated workshop. Please be aware that if genuine parts are unavailable, repairs may be done using alternative components.
【Customers Residing Overseas】
We regret that our warranty service does not apply to international orders.
This is due to potential malfunctions caused by impacts or temperature differences during international shipping, limitations of our after-sales support system, and difficulties with local handling.
If a malfunction occurs, we recommend consulting a local watch shop or the boutique of the respective brand.
■ About accessories
As these are vintage items, the original brand box or case from that era may not be included. Please note that some items may come with a service box.
[Accessories]
The items we carry are vintage pieces.
Because vintage items have often passed through various locations and hands over many years, their original boxes and dust bags are frequently deteriorated or lost.
Therefore, accessories are not included with every item.
If an item comes with accessories, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
If accessories are not mentioned, it means they are not included. Please be sure to check the description before placing your order.
Additionally, our supply of available accessories is limited, and we generally cannot provide additional accessories upon request.

【In Case of Overpayment or Underpayment】
Overpayment: We will refund the amount minus any refund processing fees.
Underpayment: We will ship your order after confirming receipt of the additional payment. Please note that additional transfer fees will also be borne by the customer.

When you receive your item, please pay the delivery driver in cash.
COD Handling Fee: ¥1,000 (excluding tax)
Cash on delivery is only available for cash payments. Credit cards, electronic money, and debit cards cannot be used for COD payments.
※Please note that due to system limitations, the cash-on-delivery (COD) handling fee is not displayed during the checkout process. After we confirm your order, a flat COD fee of ¥1,000 (excluding tax) will be added to your total as part of the shipping charges. Thank you for your understanding.
■ Delivery Address Confirmation
・After the final inspection, we will contact the customer to confirm the delivery address. We will generally contact you by phone, but if you are unavailable, we will send an email.
・If we don't receive a reply or a call from you by the deadline (generally within 3 days, including the day of our initial contact), your order will be canceled.
■ Important Notes
・Depending on when you reply, we may not be able to accommodate your requested delivery date and time.
・If the total amount of "Item Price + COD Handling Fee" exceeds ¥300,000, Cash on Delivery is not available. Such orders will be automatically canceled.
・If an order placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) is returned due to refusal to accept delivery, prolonged absence, or similar reasons, future payment methods for that customer will be restricted to prepayment only.
In such cases, even if you select Cash on Delivery, we may ask you to change your payment method. Please understand that if you do not agree to the change in payment method, we may have to cancel your order.
Shopping Loan*Domestic resident only
After the final inspection of the product, we will proceed with the application procedure to our affiliated loan company, APLUS Co., Ltd.
You will receive an email from APLUS Co., Ltd. containing a dedicated application URL. Please complete the procedure from that link.
After submitting your loan application, APLUS Co., Ltd. will contact you to confirm your payment intention. Please make sure to respond.
■ Application Deadlines
・Completion of application: Within 3 days including the day the application email is received.
・Confirmation of payment intention with APLUS Co., Ltd.: Within 3 days including the application date.
※ If confirmation cannot be obtained by 10:00 a.m. on the day following each deadline, your order will be automatically canceled.
■ Important Notes
・Both we and loan company are unable to answer any reasons for the decision or processing time of the screening.
・If the order is canceled due to the customer’s circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged.
※ In principle, cancellations are not accepted.
※ The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
5,000 yen + (Remaining loan balance × 0.7% × (Months elapsed – 1))
■ Delivery Restrictions
The following delivery methods are not available:
・Receipt via parcel lockers
・Pick-up at courier branches/offices
・Change of delivery address after screening (including changes to a workplace, etc.)
※ The information provided at the time of order (name, address, etc.) must exactly match the information submitted for the loan application.
If there are any discrepancies, the product cannot be shipped even if the loan has been approved.
PayPal
After your order is confirmed, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment screen.
Please ensure you are logged into your PayPal account when completing the payment.
■ Important Notes
・Guest purchases and direct payments (payments made without a PayPal account) are subject to cancellation. Please ensure you log in to your PayPal account to complete your payment.
・Any PayPal fees incurred (3.60% to 4.10% + ¥40) will be borne by the customer.

■ When Using Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you choose cash on delivery, the receipt issued by the shipping carrier or payment processing company will be the official one.
Please understand that we cannot issue a separate receipt from our store (even if you make a request in the remarks section).

■ How to Use

Our staff measures the size of each item by hand, using the appropriate method for each product (e.g., laying flat, using a ring stick, using a special measuring tool, etc.), based on our own standards.

-As measurements are taken manually, there may be slight errors (approximately ±1 to 2 cm per size).
- Actual sizes are based solely on our store's measurement standards and may not match the manufacturer's specifications.
-For products with unusual designs or shapes, it may not be possible to use measuring equipment accurately and measurements may not be possible using normal methods.
In such cases, we will state this in the "Size Notes" section on the product page, so please be sure to check.
