Please bring the items you wish to sell to the "Tokyo Brand Produce by ALAMODE" store.
Please bring an ID showing your current address to verify your identity.
Bringing along any accessories such as the warranty, appraisal certificate, and original box will lead to a higher appraisal value.

2. Free on-the-spot appraisal
Our appraisers will assess your property on the spot.
Even if you have requested an appraisal in advance via LINE, we will need to check the actual item again, so it may take some time.
Of course, we also accept requests for appraisals only. There is no need to make a reservation for an appraisal.
3. Payment
If you are satisfied with the appraisal results, we will purchase your item on the spot for cash.
Once you have filled out the necessary paperwork, the process is complete.

2. Shipping of Products
If you are satisfied with the preliminary appraisal, please apply using the mail-order purchase form .

After you submit your order, we will send you the packaging materials and shipping label necessary for shipping. Details on shipping methods will be sent to you by email. Please use the enclosed shipping label to carefully pack and ship your items.

3. Notification of assessment results & payment
Once the item arrives, our staff will carefully assess it.
We will contact you with the results of the appraisal by phone, email, or LINE, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
If you agree with the appraisal results, we will transfer the purchase price to your designated account after completing the required identity verification.
