Orders & Payment
A. No. We do not accept changes to the payment method after the order is confirmed.
A. Yes. Please write “Receipt requested” in the remarks section when ordering.
Also include the name (individual or corporate) and a description (e.g., item name or category like “clothing” or “bag”).
We cannot issue receipts with vague descriptions such as “gift” or “product fee.”
For cash-on-delivery orders, the courier’s receipt serves as the official one.

Shipping
A. Domestic shipping within Japan is free.
International shipping fees vary based on the destination country/region, package size, and weight. Please check on the order screen.
A. Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after confirmation (excluding certain periods such as year-end holidays).
For credit card payments, shipping may be delayed due to authorization procedures.
A. Domestic deliveries are made via Sagawa Express only.
For international orders, the carrier is selected based on region and conditions.

A. Yes. All items sold are certified authentic by professional appraisers.

Cancellations & Returns
A. We do not accept cancellations or changes after the order is confirmed.

Gift Wrapping
A. Yes, we offer it free of charge. Please mention it in the remarks section when ordering.
Stores & Other Services
A. You can request in-store viewing of products that are stocked in our EC department.
Use the “Request in-store viewing” button on the product page and fill in your desired visit date and required details.
Some larger items may not be eligible for gift wrapping.
A. Yes, we can hold an item for 3 days (including the visit day for in-store visits).
