About the In-Store Pick-Up Service

This service allows you to have products from our online shop’s inventory delivered to a physical store for pick-up.

Step1.
Note the product code displayed above the “BACK ORDER” button on the product page.


Step2.
Select your preferred date and time to visit the store.


Step3.
Fill in the required information and submit the form.

Important Notice

Please note that your request is not yet confirmed at the time of application.
The pick-up will be confirmed only after you receive a notification from our store.

Please be aware of the following:

・Submitting a pick-up request does not guarantee stock availability.
・The product may sell out between the time you place your request and when the item is reserved.

・After confirming your request, we will send emails in order. Please be sure to check the notifications from us.

If you receive an email titled “Product pre-orders have begun”
→We have begun accepting orders and holding items for pickup.

If you receive an email titled “Notice of Sold-Out Mail-Order Items”
→We apologize, but the item is sold out.

・Due to transport delays, severe weather, or other circumstances, the product may not arrive at the store in time for your scheduled visit.
 If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible—please check our messages.

・Depending on the product, the pick-up store may vary.
 We will inform you of the pick-up store in the email sent when your reservation begins.
