About the In-Store Pick-Up Service

This service allows you to have products from our online shop’s inventory delivered to a physical store for pick-up.

Step 1: Note the product code displayed above the “Pick-Up” button on the product page.
Step 2: Select your preferred date and time to visit the store.
Step 3: Fill in the required information and submit the form.

Your application is complete! Please check the confirmation email from ALAMODE.

Please note that your request is not yet confirmed at the time of application.
The pick-up will be confirmed only after you receive a notification from our store.

Please be aware of the following:

・Submitting a pick-up request does not guarantee stock availability.
・The product may sell out between the time you place your request and when the item is reserved.

・Your reservation will automatically begin two days before your scheduled visit, at around 10:00 a.m.
 Even in the unlikely event that the product sells out, we will notify you by email two days before your visit. 
 Please be sure to check our messages.

・Due to transport delays, severe weather, or other circumstances, the product may not arrive at the store in time for your scheduled visit.
 If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible—please check our messages.

・Depending on the product, the pick-up store may vary.
 We will inform you of the pick-up store in the email sent when your reservation begins.
